Are you interested in offering items or products for gift bags at Alt Summit? The Gifting Party is an opportunity for small brands, looking to gain exposure among a group of like-minded women.
We’ve offered a gifting party at the last few events — and it’s been a HUGE success. Instead of typical swag bags, attendees get to choose the goodies they wanted to bring home.
All attendees will be invited to the Gifting Party, held on Sunday Evening, March 12th at the Saguaro hotel. Attendees will get to meet and interact with vendors, choose gifts (all free!), and enjoy snacks and drinks.

Set-up happens Sunday afternoon
The conference venue, the Saguaro Hotel in Palm Springs, CA
How it works:
On Sunday, March 12, the Gifting Party will be open from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the Saguaro hotel. Vendors will be assigned tables which will be set up to accommodate traffic flow. Attendees will walk around the space, checking out the gift options, and interacting with vendors.
Attendees will be given a punch card as they arrive at the party. The punch card will allow them to choose 5 gifts at the gifting party (the number of gifts attendees may choose could change depending on participating vendors).
When an attendee finds a gift they want, the vendor will punch their card (Alt summit will provide vendors with punches). Once the attendee has a full set of marks, they’re done.
Staying at the Saguaro? You can ship directly to the hotel. The Saguaro does charge a storage fee, but Alt Summit will cover this storage charge for vendors who are staying at the Saguaro.
Staying offsite? You will need to arrange shipping to an offsite location and bring your items with you on Sunday evening.
What will vendors give to attendees?
You can decide how many gifts to provide. Vendors with big-ticket or large products typically provide fewer items. Keep in mind that all attendees will be invited and the gifting party is very popular. Let the Alt Summit team know how many items you will be bringing, so that we can calculate how many gifts each attendee can choose.
Alt Summit will provide:
A 6-foot folding table with a white, floor length tablecloth.
A marking tool for the punch cards.
Q. I have a really cool booth backdrop I’ve used at other events. Can I bring it?
A. Only table top displays are allowed. Vendors are welcome to display table signs. The signs can be no taller than 18 inches. No signage or display items can be placed on the floor. All product and signage must be within the tabletop borders.
Q. Can I sell products at my booth?
A. You can not sell anything at your booth. This event is for gifting only.
Q. Can I bring more than one type of gift/product?
A. Yes, attendees love choices!
Q. I want my products to be given to attendees but I can’t come to the conference. Can someone from Alt Summit give them out for me?
A. Sorry, you’ll need to attend, or send a representative, in order to participate in the Gifting Party.
Q. What if I have extra gifts at the end of the night?
A. Alt Summit will have a gift table near the registration desk at the conference on Monday. Any extra gifts will be available there for those attendees who missed the Gifting Party. Alt Summit staff will mark the name badges for those attendees when they choose gifts.
Q. What if I run out of products before the Gifting Party ends?
A. Congrats! You have popular products. Go ahead and keep a couple samples at your table so that you can show them off, and feel free to continue to interact with attendees until the party is over. If you want, you can collect business cards and send products to those who missed out. But that’s totally your choice.
