As winter swept the country this week, I noticed a few things. First of all, I noticed that I was 100% not ready for the cold and snow. Yet, as my Pinterest boards flooded with coats, oversized sweaters, and wool socks, I noticed that I began to warm up to the idea. Better yet, I noticed that some bloggers (Alt alumni, of course) took advantage and turned what could have been a bummer of a week into a blogging winter wonderland.
Attitude makes all the difference, and these five bloggers know how to get creative with the every day.
Rachel of Cardigan Empire celebrates her six year blogoversary with a little fur, a signature cardigan, and a lot of sparkle.
The Small Fry girls gathered all the best winter gear for little boys and girls to stay toasty and warm.
Merrick of Merrick’s Art found 10 fashionable coats for under $100, and teaches the art of making a fringe scarf.
Abby of Twist Me Pretty got out her faux fur the very second the temps started to plummet.
And, Corrine of Mint Arrow had our feet covered with the news of a huge sale.
