Transportation
Planning out your transportation ahead of time will alleviate some stress as you navigate to and from the Grand America for Alt Summit.
Taxis from the airport are plentiful, just join the queue on the curb. It’s a quick 15 minute ride to the Grand America and it’s an affordable rate, around $20. Or, take the Trax railway from the airport directly to the Grand for $3. It takes a bit longer, but is very reliable.
Make sure to map out the restaurant you’ll be eating at for your Opening Night Dinner. It might be within walking distance or right off of the Trax line, but you’ll most likely have to grab a ride.
Salt Lake City is very busy this week, which means you won’t be able to walk out of the hotel at 6:15 and jump into a waiting cab. (Especially if there are 400+ attendees doing the same thing. Ha!) So, be sure to allow yourself plenty of time and maybe even head out early so you won’t be late.
You can coordinate private transportation with the hotel concierge (801-258-6703). Additional details and rates for cabs and private transportation can be found here.
We are so excited for this conference and can’t wait to meet you!
