We love when Alt Summit gets to play matchmaker, and we know meeting other creative, talented powerhouses at Alt is part of the magic of the conference. So we’re excited to bring back our self-organized meetups!
Meetups are chill hang-outs, deep discussions, and get to know you opportunities, with people who are interested in the same things you are. Basically meetups are a more formal way to coordinate what is happening in the hallways, so you can continue your chats and include more folks.
If you’re interested in planning and hosting a meetup, fill out this form by Thursday, February 2nd. Pick a topic — the more niche, the better. Pick a time — Sunday evening or Tuesday evening (there will be a few on Wednesday morning too). And pick a location — don’t worry, we’ve got places to recommend.
Meetups don’t have to be all business oriented either. They can cover a variety of interests, life stages, geography, personal identity, or experiences. Some of the past meetups have included:
